Join our Marketing team as the expert resource for analyzing and understanding how we can deepen our relationships with our defined customer segments. Apply your knowledge of database analysis and statistical software to: identify trends, predict future behavious, analyze strategies and report on performance. You will work in conjunction with our Product Manager to help define and shape our marketing strategies to build our consumer and business relationships. :ebu8H9f%

• Effectively analyze data from a number of different sources LdH23\  
• Proactively uncover, investigate and communicate data insights, anomalies and opportunities to better serve our customers J]AkWEiCJ  
• Identifying and introducing database marketing, segmentation, campaign design and tracking methodologies :abpht  
• Assisting with campaign management with providing contact lists of potential customers and providing contact strategies Ho

• Collecting, organizing, presenting and making recommendations on data to support ongoing campaign and ad hoc marketing and communication activities ByU&fx2Z  
• Using segment methodologies to define our customers and their relevant charateristics L>3-z>u,

You bring to the Marketing team: }VU7wMk  
• An excitement to work with data and to have a positive impact on the growth of WSCU NScUlR"nE  
• A minimum of four years’ experience in a role with CRM/data analytics/business intelligence where you were hands on with SQL #TG7WF5  
• Diploma in Business, Commerce, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics kJ_XG;8  
• A strong knowledge of database query and reporting tools with promotional marketing, relational and transactional databases. This includes the ability to quickly and efficiently create complex SQL queries and reports @{ CP18~:  
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions and recommendations $/)0iL{0  
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a fast paced environment (?vKe5  
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to present recommendations and results to key stakeholders Qd"R@+i
